Good meals with alcoholic drinks. Quiet location for Faliraki, really close to the Venezia Resort, the Venezia and other stores.

Quite rude staff!

It offered good service and fab food too. I liked the original-style building and my extremely spacious room with lovely view. The atmosphere created was family.

We stayed in a spotless room, which had a view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast time in the restaurant. The location was particularly good, in to extereme hill, and the bed extremely comfy. The provided service was very good.

The superior room we stayed in were new-fashioned with air-conditioning.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the excellent variety of food options offered at the hotel. From traditional Greek dishes to international cuisine, there was something for everyone's taste buds. the friendly and helpful staff made our experience enjoyable, always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had.

One aspect we disliked was the limited variation in daily activities and evening entertainment. The repetition became monotonous, and we would have appreciated more diverse options to keep us entertained throughout our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one week together with my girlfriend and we will definitely come back here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are renovated, internet is free of charge in public areas, the bar at the pool has wide variety of snacks and meals, the view over the windows is stunning.All the rest is excellent. Especially the atmosphere created by the staff is very good. Also "local drinks" are of high quality, thus, the cocktails were very tasty. Also, although the hotel is situated on the hill, it is not far away from the centre and we were enjoying our walk. Also, we had "all inclusive" deal and there was enough of food and drinks. All in all, we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The only negative thing is that on Sunday our room was not cleaned and during the dinner there is only one dessert option.

The family were so welcoming, they nicked named us the' lovely ladies' and were so helpful at all times. The bar man Aran was amazing as were Tikos and Tas. Great staff all round

For all inclusive the food selection was poor. At lunch time there was one type of salad or a burger or hot dog. At night one choice of meat and a pasta. At breakfast there wasn't any fruit, surprised as its so cheap out there. The bread goods, croissants etc... were uncovered and there were flies landing on the food. We were 4 days into our holiday before we found out we could get egg and bacon at the pool bar, which we then did.

Enjoyable Easter break

Had a wonderful Easter break at this hotel. Loved the cleanliness of the facilities and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the pool areas and the lovely view from the hotel. Shuttle bus provided to the beach and town was helpful. Evening entertainment was fun and engaging. Plus the all-inclusive package was a great value for money.

The food was not up to our expectation. Limited options were available with repetitive menus.

Beautiful Views and Friendly Staff

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Faliraki, and the views from our room were the best aspect. We could see the beautiful blue of the sea and green of the trees from our window. The staff were also incredibly friendly, always greeting us and making us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we were able to easily access all the local attractions.

The worst aspect of our stay was the food. It was of poor quality, lacking in flavor and variety.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull, making you feel very welcome, a relaxing and very friendly family atmosphere, would recomend this hotel to family and friends. short bus ride to all amineties.

The hotel staff were friendly, pools were clean and refreshing, great location near the strip and a beautiful sunrise.

There was nothing I didn't like.

we were guests from Sweden, we have seen many many countries, but the people who had this hotel, really nice people! really surprised by such fine people who had the place and their service / services! We can from the heart, very warmly recommend this hotel. You get more than what you pay for and more! And when we thought we were lost after this, such as when the taxi was in the strike, so they saved us with arranging transport to the airport and also in person and on their own time, although they are working so hard during the season and even refused to receive compensation for either expenses or fees for everything! We got instead a hug and kiss and a gift, which was their home-grown olive oil, sold as fine cooking / salad oil. We will warm the heart as long as we want to remember this trip and these people. :)
